After a brief back-and-forth, me and the seller of the house I wanted came to an agreement on price! I bought a house today!
(The seller was a relocation company. Some lady that worked for Allstate I believe had owned it, but she was relocated. So Allstate hired this relocation company for her. One of the benefits of a relocation company is that, if you're unable to sell your house yourself, they agree to buy it from you for a set price. Since the market is tough right now, that's what happened, thus, that's who I was buying it from.)
