These were the first flowers we came upon, and we were afraid this was all we'd see all day.

But then we found a field of tulips that was open.

At first I couldn't decide if I liked this one better or the one before, but after looking at them again, I realized that this isn't even a very good picture at all.

We found this lady who offered to take our picture, and she had a very specific artistic vision that she was after.

She was really going for a specific picture she had in mind here, and we tried to play along the best we could.

The hardest part was that she barely spoke English, so we weren't quite sure what she was asking us to do.

...Then I just took some with the big camera.

Julie told me to make some crazy poze, which is about when I learned that I have absolutely no creativity for posing in interesting ways.
