Julie and I went to somebody's wedding somewhere down near Puyallup today. I don't remember exactly who it was, but it was somebody that was related to Julie somehow on her dad's side of the family. That explains why Donna and Dow were there.
(Update) I asked Julie, it's her second cousin Dawn. As in, one of Dawn's parents is Julie's dad's cousin.
