This was taken from near the top of Gold Camp Road... Well, it wasnt always the top, but it is now. Actually, right above the higher waterfall, you can see a road, running along the side of the hill. That's part of Upper Gold Camp, which was closed to motor vehicles because a tunnel (which is just a little ways off the left side of the picture) collapsed..
