This is a shot of Stanley Reservoir.. It's at the top of the Stanley Canyon trail, which is about 3 miles long, and starts on the US Air Force Academy grounds. It's really not much of a lake, but it's definitely a nice place to eat lunch. (or, it freezes over in winter, so when it snows, you can go .. for instance... out into the middle and write stuff on the ice.. but uhh.. of course thats no fun.. so.. why would anyone do that? :) and... almost forgot.. you see that green spindly thing there on the right? yeah.. that thing.. thats a tree. okay. good.
